- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I believe Dr Appel is one of the most competent physicians I have ever encountered! As other reviewers have commented, he has GREAT bedside manners and has always been spot on with any diagnosis he has made on me! Dr Appel definitely listens to you as a patient and takes his time (considerably longer than any primary Dr or specialist I have encountered!) with you!!! I would say that his listening skills catapult him into one of the best physicians I have ever run across! I spent 20 years in and around the medical field and have had some major medical problems myself. Dr Appel was quick in making specialist recommendations and routinely followed up with any further recommendations! Dr Appel is genuinely kind, patient, knowledgeable, intuitive and a true humanitarian! I would highly recommend him if your health has been challenging!!!
