  Being in the medical field myself and having a lot of friends and relatives that are physicians, I understand that OBGYNs are at a high level of stress much of the time. They have a lot to think about and take care of to keep their patients (and babies) healthy and safe. Maybe some people who have left reviews on here may have not had the best experience with customer service, but it has to be kept in mind that these doctors do what they can with the little time they’re given to see their patients. Womencare is not a coffee shop or a restaurant, it’s a medical practice. That being said, during this pregnancy, I have always had good checkups (and believe me, I’ve been there twice a week for the last month due to my high risk pregnancy, so I’ve spent plenty of time there). Not only are the doctors (this time I’ve been working mostly with Dr. Rice and Dr. Sullivan who are both awesome) knowledgeable and helpful, the nurses, MAs, and nurse practitioners are great too. Renee and Mary Ann (the nurses) are awesome, and so are the MAs I’ve worked with (they’ve helped me getting my NSTs). The ladies in the front are nice too, especially the greeter when signing in (preggo brain is not letting me remember her name, but she is blonde with glasses and just the sweetest!) I delivered my first baby (who was 6 wks early) with Womencare as well and Dr. Piccone, although not the most sociable, was excellent when she delivered my baby- she was focused and competent, and that’s what matters most to me. I had no complications and felt very comfortable and safe in her care while delivering my first child. So I hope this review has done something to make more patients realize that these doctors are often overworked and tired- but they are the best at what they do and they care about us patients. OB/GYN is not easy and I give this practice and it’s practitioners a lot of respect for taking care of so many women. Thank you Womencare, for all you do!

  I am new to this practice and haven't gone to my appointment yet but just wanted to say that scheduling an appointment was really easy and no one asked for any credit card information.
